Racial Profiling Videos – Driving While Black

Video Title: ABC News Prime Time Live – Driving while Black

ABC exposes outrageous examples of racial profiling against innocent Black citizens in the South. Three young black men are sent undercover in Jamesburg, New Jersey to simply drive through the city. Within minutes the first young man is pulled over for “failing to use a turn signal.” The men are separated, questioned, frisked, and cars are searched — police never even ask permission. After the stop, the young men are released without a ticket or even a warning. (Note: New Jersey law makes racial profiling by police a criminal offense punishable with jail time and a $15,000 fine.)

Victor Nulls, Chief of Police for Jamesburg, states on camera he is against racial profiling. However, when he is shown the video tape he defends the officer’s behavior as being acceptable.
